The primary tasks included in this Technical Support Services are as follows:

  • Resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues related to desktops, laptops and printers
  • Deployment of PC, laptop and other ICT devices
  • Helpdesk assistance for standard applications and specialized software
  • PC desktop, laptop, software installation and configuration
  • Hardware problem troubleshooting and replacement of defective module
  • Install and ensure connectivity of workstations, laptops and printers.
  • Perform installations, break/fix, on call support.
  • Provide timely progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on problems, issues, and concerns.
  • Ensure that system version of OS and application software is updated
