Job Responsibilities
• Ensure to provide feedback with prospective clients on the progress of the job applications.
• Work with vendors, agencies and sub-contractors by providing the required information for job
postings.
• Conduct an approved job offer by working closely with the management and human resources
group on the details.
• Ensure to implement the recruitment cycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing,
evaluating and negotiating compensation package.
• Establish career path and trainings needed to ensure sustainable resources and compliance on
competencies and qualifications.
• Follow established standards, policies and procedures in all recruitment activities.
• Work with quality team in establishing related procedures and training for improvements.
• Being to accept related roles in the organization not limited to recruitment and human resources

Qualifications

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
• Technical background on IT is preferred.
• With prior experienced working in a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple assignments at the same time.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick learner and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Independent and motivated
• Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
• Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment
