Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible to administer the operations of Windows servers administration, vulnerabilities remediation, IIS configuration, DNS, Server hardening, Citrix, NetScaler, File Server, FTP, SFTP, Security tools and Antivirus.
· Maintain the stability, performance and security of servers.
· Configuring and troubleshooting IIS, DNS, FTP and File servers.
· Installing and configuring Server operating systems and applications.
· Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
· Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
· Design, maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies.
· Required to take care of day-to-day tasks which includes:
– Install and upgrade OS environments.
– Apply security patches as per compliance cycle.
· Troubleshoot and fix system error logs and user-reported errors.
· Troubleshoot and work with hardware vendors to replace, install or upgrade required hardware.
· Perform security scans, tests and monitoring.
· Grants and manage system permissions and user accounts.
· Working experience with Citrix NetScalar.
